This policy outlines the terms and conditions for participating in our Affiliate Program.
Application and Approval
To join our Affiliate Program, interested parties must submit an application through our website. Applications will be reviewed, and approval is at the discretion of Play Pulse Shop. We reserve the right to reject applications or terminate affiliate partnerships without prior notice.
Commissions
Affiliates earn commissions based on the provided commission structure outlined in the Affiliate Program guidelines. Tier levels and commission rates are subject to change at the discretion of Play Pulse Shop. Affiliates are responsible for regularly checking the Affiliate Program guidelines for updates.
Marketing Materials
Upon acceptance into the Affiliate Program, affiliates gain access to a variety of marketing materials provided by Play Pulse Shop. These materials are intended for promotional activities and should be used in compliance with the provided guidelines.
Payouts
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis through the payment method chosen during the affiliate registration process. Play Pulse Shop is not responsible for any fees associated with the chosen payment method.
Termination
Play Pulse Shop reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to violation of terms, fraudulent activities, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Play Pulse Shop. Termination may result in the forfeiture of earned commissions.
Modification of Terms
Play Pulse Shop may modify the terms of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of such changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
Independent Contractor
Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are not considered employees, partners, or agents of Play Pulse Shop. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.
