Returns are eligible within 3 business days from the date of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refund Timeframe
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. The processing time may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

Exclusions
Certain items are non-returnable, such as personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts is not eligible for a refund.
